This day clinic at Østreng we will let us inspire by the horse in mythologies and legends in order to develop our own relation to horses. In mythological sources, the horse is often a companion who brings the actors to new worlds and other arenas. The transition to a new year is an opportunity to pause and ask ourselves where we are right now in our horse handling, and where we want to go the next year? What did we learn last year? Where did we feel success and what were the hindrances? And not the least - how can we let the horse take us to a new level?
